This Lucario is a Fighting/Steel-type Pokémon owned by Professor Kukui.
Biography
Masked Royal sent Lucario to fight Guzzlord at Manalo Stadium. Pikachu used Electroweb to trap it, while Lucario went to slam Guzzlord away with Close Combat.
