This Primeape are fighting-type Pokémon who appeared in I Choose You!.
Biography[]
This group of Primeapes appeared after Pikachu tried to attack Marshadow with Thunderbolt. Angered by the disturbance, the Primeapes surround Ash and his friends and began to throw them up into the air. Ash escapes and has Metapod use String Shot to tie them up. The Primeapes break free and chases Ash, Verity, and Sorrel, but luckily Metapod evolves into Butterfree and uses Sleep Powder on them. Team Rocket then encountered them and plans to catch all of them. Unfortunately, the Primeapes woke up to their laughing and they launched the trio sky high.
