Pokémon Sleep is an app for Android and iOS. The objective of it is to link a specific device to Pokémon GO to monitor your sleep and use your sleep as in-game rewards.

History

Although the game was scheduled to release in 2020, the deadline was missed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It fully released in July 2023, three years following the initial announcement.
