Pokémon Race mini is a racing game for the Pokémon mini that released only in Japan on July 19, 2002. The game was developed by Jupiter Corporation and published by Nintendo.
Gameplay[]
Pokémon Race mini involves different Pokémon competing in a race. The player plays as a Pikachu, and the object is to simply win. Pokémon Race mini could be seen as the precursor to Pokémon Dash, but it is unclear whether the latter game had been inspired by the former.
Trivia[]
- Footage of Pokémon Race mini and Togepi's Great Adventure are both shown in an E3 2003 trailer of Pokémon Channel, indicating that they were planned to be amongst the playable Pokémon mini titles, but neither of them appear in the final release.[1]
