History[]
The empire was ruled by a ruthless King who plotted world conquest, by utilizing the great powers of Ho-Oh. However, the empire was wiped out from incurring Ho-Oh's wrath, safe for the King who vowed vengeance by attempting to seal the Rainbow Pokémon away in a stone orb. Rather than Ho-Oh inside the orb, the king sealed his own wicked spirit within as a result of failing to seal Ho-Oh.
