Pokédex 3D Pro is an upgrade to Pokédex 3D. Unlike the first game, it cost money to purchase. It features Pokémon from all regions, instead of just the Unova region.

It shows every Pokémon up to Generation V except for Meloetta and Genesect, their passwords are already been given out in Japan and in the United States. It also shows every form of Pokémon. The app has a Quiz to see how much you know about Pokémon. Each Pokémon has an animation and shows a list of its states, move sets and ways to evolve Pokémon that have that ability. Unlike the original, it has a voice that calls out the name of every Pokémon. It also has new music and backgrounds.
