PokéBlocks (Japanese: ポロック/PokéBlocks) are an item originating from Hoenn. It can raise the condition of the Pokémon depending on what kind it is. It can be used to raise the appeal of your Pokémon in Contests in Hoenn. The Sinnoh version of PokéBlocks are called Poffins. They are available to make only in the Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald games.

1. Black- Blend two or more of the same type of Berry in the Berry Blender
2. Blue- A Dry pokéblock that Raises Beauty
3. Brown- A mostly Sweet pokéblock that Raises Cuteness and
4. Gold- Raises 1-2 conditions
5. Gray- Made up of 3 tastes; increases 3 conditions
6. Green- A Bitter pokéblock that Raises Smartness
7. Indigo- A mostly Dry pokéblock that Raises Beauty and
8. LiteBlue- A mostly Bitter pokéblock that Raises Smartness and
9. Olive- A mostly Sour pokéblock that Raises Toughness and
10. Pink- A Sweet pokéblock that Raises Cuteness
11. Purple- A mostly Spicy pokéblock that Raises Coolness and
12. Red- A Spicy pokéblock that Raises Coolness
13. White- Made up of four tastes; increases four conditions
14. Yellow- A Sour pokéblock that Raises Toughness
