This Donphan, nicknamed Phado, is a ground-type Pokémon owned by Sapphire.

Biography

Phado was seen rolling around a specific patch of grass that Sapphire falls into which was revealed to be the hidden city, New Mauville that Wattson and the Trick Master were looking for. It helps Sapphire defeat the generator that acted as a magnet that made Electric-type Pokémon stick to it, including Wattson himself. It later becomes part of Sapphire's team.
