Perrin is a character appearing in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. She is a traveler and photographer who is visiting Kitakami to take a picture of a certain Pokémon.

Perrin is a slender young woman with blue, green and blonde hair and brown eyes. She is seen carrying her camera and wearing a wristwatch, a black crop top, white undershirt, blue jeans held by a black belt with a hole on the leg, a purple choker and a black armband. On her feet, she wears purple socks and white sneakers.
Personality[]
Perrin is a playful, easygoing, and friendly young lady. She, however, once felt she lost her spark in her photographer career, believing she no longer had the passion to be a photographer herself. Luckily, she regains her passion after her experience with the player helps her recall her initial enjoyment for photography.
Biography[]
Perrin was photographing at Kitakami, when she suddenly glimpsed a wild Kleavor that surprised her.[1]
Later, Perrin met Dot, who was guided by Perrin's Growlithe to her. Upon learning that the Rising Volt Tacklers were also searching for the same Kleavor she glimpsed, Perrin challenged Dot to a battle as a condition of testing Dot's capabilities before giving the girl her photo. After Dot's Quaxwell won against Perrin's Leafeon, Perrin fulfilled her promise on giving Dot her photo, and joined Dot back onto the Brave Olivine.[2]
On the way to find Kleavor, Perrin and Dot were separated from the group by a pack of Houndoom and Houndour, and got briefly hypnotized by a Trevenant, until Quaxwell helped them snap out and fight back against the Trevenant. She later asked if Dot had experienced a lot of adventures, and told Dot about her own experiences of previously being at a bottleneck with her career until she realized that she should be following her passion.[3]
After Kleavor had a fight with Lucius' Lapras, Perrin and Professor Friede were led away by Gorwlithe, before later watching the kids fight against Kleavor. After witnessing Kleavor's memories through Liko's Terapagos and Kleavor accepting Liko, Perrin promised to keep secret of Kleavor and Terapagos, before she took her departure with Growlithe.[4]
