Perr is a character that appears in the games Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. In both games, he assists the main character.

In this game, Perr is a member of the Kids Grid and asks Wes to deliver a Powerup Part to Nett in The Under. This is needed to fix the Kids Grid Network that Cipher managed to shut down at first. Perr also lives with his grandfather Maken in the parts shop.
XD: Gale of Darkness[]
In this game, since The Under has been closed down, Perr and his grandfather Maken moved the Part's Shop to Gateon Port. Perr is first seen where Michael and Jovi need the machine part from him in order to complete the purification machine at Professor Krane's absence. Perr also assists Michael by upgrading his scooter so that it can cross over the deep sand to the S.S. Libra. Perr also helps build the Robo Kyogre.
Trivia[]
Oddly, Perr is seen on a wanted poster in Pyrite Town. It is unknown why he is on there but it may be because he used to live in the Cipher-controlled The Under.
