Origin[]
The Pecha Berry is based on a peach, which it also gets its name from. Its Sweet flavor may be based on the peaches that grow in Japan, particularly in Fukushima where two different peaches were shown to have high sugar content. Its ability to cure Poison may be a twist on how peaches have a poisonous pit inside of them that has cyanide components.
