Synopsis

Liko and Roy once again set out on a journey, this time in order to restore the truth about the Rising Volt Tacklers. Using information they receive from Dot, they chase down a Pokémon affected by Laquium. This leads them to a place with countless holes in the ground, as well as traces of Laquium...! Suddenly, a savage Steelix shows up! How will Liko and Roy take on this Pokémon that boasts an impregnable defense?!
