One Island is the first island in the Sevii Islands that houses a small center to communicate with the Hoenn region, a small hot springs along the side of Kindle Road and Mt. Ember, which its peak acts as a home to the Legendary Pokemon of Fire, Moltres. It used to be in Victory Road, but then it was moved here. South of here is Treasure Beach.
