Oleana is a character appearing in Pokémon Journeys: The Series. She was the secretary to Chairman Rose.

Oleana is a tall and slender woman with fair skin, green eyes, and long blonde wavy hair. She wears a long white coat with the sleeves rolled up, a red blouse, a black pencil skirt, sheer gray pantyhose, and matching black high heels. For accessories, she wears a black choker, hoop earrings, and a silver bracelet. She also has red lipstick as well as red painted fingernails.
Personality[]
Oleana is fiercely loyal to Rose, and obeys his every command. She usually enforces extreme measures to eradicate people she considers as obstacles to Rose's success, and while she acknowledges Trainers with potentials, she will descend into rage if the person she flatters turns down the offer.
Biography[]
Oleana first appeared in the Galar Energy Plant, pushing for more Dynamax Energy particles to be contained in the core. She is also seen with her subordinates, telling them to investigate the actions of Goh and Sonia as they continued to unravel the story of the Darkest Day.[1]
She is also shown defending Chairman Rose at the bottom floor of Hammerlocke Stadium. She used her Pokémon to battle Goh, easily having a type-advantage with her Milotic against Raboot, though Raboot evolved into Cinderace and defeated Oleana's Pokémon. She later escaped with Rose via helicopter as they watched Eternatus' rage grow. Her and Rose were then never seen again by the public eye.[2]
