Oleana is a character appearing in the Sword & Shield Chapter of Pokémon Adventures.

Oleana is a tall and slender woman with fair skin, green eyes, and long blonde wavy hair. She wears a long white coat with the sleeves rolled up, a red blouse, a black pencil skirt, sheer gray pantyhose, and matching black high heels. For accessories, she wears a black choker, hoop earrings, and a silver bracelet. She also has red lipstick as well as red painted fingernails.
Personality[]
Oleana tends to her duties quite seriously, and reminds the chairman about his schedule. She doesn't have much interest or patience to others' emotions, however, making her reactions nearly robot-like. This extends to people sharing their emotions with her, for she responds in a cold voice.

Sword & Shield arc[]
After Chairman Rose ended his call with Leon, he summoned his assistant, Oleana.[1]
Oleana, who was with the chairman signing autographs, was contacted by Bede, who reported he was in Turffield for the Gym Battle, and had obtained more Wishing Stars for "the Gathering".[2] In Hulbury, as the chairman was talking with Henry Sword and Marvin about Nessa, he asked of Henry Sword Sword to visit him at the town's restaurant. Nessa appeared, reminding the chairman that he had a strict schedule, and adding additional events would disturb that. The chairman was annoyed, since he wanted some fun. Regardless, he bid farewell to the boys, as he walked away with Oleana.[3] Oleana was with Sonia, and met up with Henry Sword Sword Sword to take them to Hullbury's restaurant. Oleana reminded that Chairman Rose was a busy man, who diverted some time to speak with them. At the restaurant, Oleana listened to Sonia and Rose conversing about Dynamaxing. Once Rose proposed that Sonia could visit the vault at Hammerlocke, he asked of Oleana to make a schedule to visit the vault. With the meeting over, the three sides parted ways.[4]
Oleana was called by Bede, who was annoyed that the chairman didn't arrive to meet him in Hullbury. Oleana explained that the chairman has met up with another Gym Challenger—Henry Sword—which postponed his other duties. Bede became extremely furious, to which Oleana sensed that something was bothering Bede. Regardless, she reminded him he had to collect the Wishing Stars as instructed. She hung up, as she had other duties to do. As she rode the flying taxi with Chairman Rose, the latter wondered who Bede was, having forgotten about him.[5] Having heard that Bede was destroying a mural in Stow-on-Side, Oleana came with her assistants to have Bede restrained. Bede was annoyed, calling Oleana as an useless assistant, to which Chairman Rose arrived as well. The latter explained to the boy (to which Oleana reminded Rose that his name was Bede) the situation.[6]
Oleana was at Hammerlocke's power plant, where she noted Raihan's presence. Oleana's Froslass and Tsareena pushed him away from his Flygon. Rose greeted Raihan, noting he was late. Raihan saw that Rose has anticipated him, to which the latter stated that Raihan was the rebel around here. Oleana felt that they could explain to Raihan their mission at the power plant, so Rose explained about the future incident. Raihan suspected that this was why Rose sent Bede to collect the Wishing Stars (which were placed in a bowl), to which Rose applauded him for such thinking. However, Rose did not succeed in the task, and instead asked of Raihan not to mention about this encounter to anyone. Raihan advised that he could share the truth with the people to avoid being suspicious. Rose agreed, and asked of Oleana to schedule a speech. Without further ado, Raihan left. Rose and Oleana walked away, but noted that Raihan did not trust them, as they had more sinister intentions.[7]
Due to a report of a Dynamaxed Dracovish, Oleana sent a team to capture it, but they failed. Upon reporting their failure, Oleana reminded someone had to tell this to Chairman Rose, and sent one of the team members to Wyndon.[8] Opal was at Rose Tower when she confronted Opal and Bede. Bede tried to force his way in, but Oleana reminded that Chairman Rose was not here. She did wonder why was Opal here, to which the latter doubted that Oleana would understand the answer. Oleana, seeing that they would not leave, sent her Pokémon to stop them, and in that moment, the Gym Leaders—as well as Henry Sword, Casey, Hop and Marnie—came in as well, sending their Pokémon to battle. After the children descended down and admitted that Rose was not present and the Darkest Day was unleashed, Oleana ended the battle with the Gym Leaders. She smiled, stating that they could visit Rose at Hammerlocke. The group blamed Oleana for duping them, but Oleana reminded that they overreacted, as she had said that Rose was absent.[9]
As Sordward and Shielbert fought Eternatus, Chairman Rose called Oleana for a report. The latter stated that they still haven't accumulated enough Galar particles, and it'd take more time to do so. She also mentioned how the Darkest Day was depicted differently in the tapestries. Rose ended the call, but then later asked Oleana to switch to plan B, once Shielbert and Sordward were defeated. Oleana quickly arrived to Hammerlocke, asking the Trainers for help in the situation.[10] Oleana asked for their help, which made Casey angry at her for luring them in and trapping them. Oleana reminded that Rose needed help, for he was trying to save Galar from its devastating future. Others had their doubts about this, to which Oleana admitted that even if Rose's intentions were benevolent, he could still make a wrong decision and suffer, to which Melony noted she was right. The group went to the top of the power plant, where Eternatus defeated Rose. After Raihan and Leon rescued the chairman, he was grateful for their rescue, as well as Bede, who realized that the chairman didn't forget his name. Rose admitted that he "slipped up", whereas Oleana asked of Rose to drop the charade, for he couldn't forget Bede's name if he sent him to collect the Wishing Stars. Bede became upset, wanting answers for this. With the group fighting Eternatus, Oleana received a call that there was an increase of Galar particles: Rose noted that Eternatus was getting into its "serious mode".[11] Bede, Rose and Oleana witnessed Eternatus' form change.[12]
Just as Zacian and Zamazenta collided with Eternatus, a bright light flashed. By the time the rest of the Gym Leaders came to the top, they found everyone, including Oleana, unconscious. The group was taken to the hospital in Hammerlocke, where they were recovering. However, Oleana recovered quickly, and watched over Chairman Rose, who was taken into the police hospital for being observed. She later went to Macro Cosmos tower, where her employees told her that, with Eternatus' disappearance, the Galar particles have been reduced, and the Dynamaxed Pokémon have calmed down. They also mentioned that Casey wanted to enter, to which Oleana permitted that, since she had Chairman Rose's permission. Oleana let Casey use the supercomputer to find Henry Sword and the missing relics.
She later overheard Casey talking with Marvin about Henry Sword's hostile behavior, which startled Marvin. Regardless, she mentioned that people like Raihan have also been suffering odd effects, and believed it was because of them being in close contact with Eternatus. Due to the nature of this strange poison, she decided to contact a "Miss Poison", whose name was mentioned by a person wanting to become a Poison-type Gym Leader. She went to contact them, to which Casey thanked her for believing in Henry Sword Sword. Oleana became cold, stating this was not worthy of praise that she just shared information. Later, when Casey and Marvin met up with Hop, Marnie and Bede, the latter suggested to split the team to look for Henry Sword Sword Sword and the relics at Crown Tundra and Isle of Armor. Oleana stated this was a good idea, and shared tickets for them to reach these places.[13]
She showed the group the tickets, and described the places: Isle of Armor that has a dojo with students following master Mustard, and Crown Tundra as a mysterious place with an encampment which has unknown Pokémon. She then split the group, having Casey and Marvin sent to Isle of Armor, while Bede, Hop and Marnie were headed to Crown Tundra. In the end, she was at the train station with Magnolia and Sonia, watching the group depart.[14] Having contacted Miss Poison, Oleana sent word to Casey and Marvin that they had to find sap at the foggy morning on the Isle of Armor, to create an antidote for Eternatus' poison.[15] Oleana was later contacted that the cure has been delivered. She then told Sonia that Leon and the Gym Leaders were recovering, albeit Piers and Melony were not yet able to walk. Sonia inquired about certain side effects, to which Oleana briefly smiled, stating that she shouldn't be too shocked when seeing the group. Sonia went in, and was startled.[16]
