Oleana is the secretary of Chairman Rose and the vice-chairman of Rose's enterprise. She was a researcher and the one who invented the Dynamax Band.
Appearance
Oleana is a slender woman with fair skin, green eyes and long blonde hair. She wears a long white coat, a black choker under a red blouse, black pencil skirt, gray tights and matching black high heels. She also wears hoop earrings, a bracelet and wears a red lipstick as well as matching red painted nails.
Personality
Oleana is well known for her normally calm and collected attitude. But when things get in her way, such as people trying to reach Chairman Rose, whom she is blindly loyal to, without her permission, then she will become enraged.
She also tends to manipulate others, such as Bede, to achieve her goals, namely collecting the Wishing Stars, only to abandon them afterwards.

- Her name is based on olea, a type of olive.
- Oleana having Garbodor may mean that she is beautiful on the surface, but that at the core she is nasty and disgusting. It may also symbolize her theorized past poverty.
