Biography[]
Bulbasaur was first seen in Mandarin Island, it was an unknown Pokémon that was found hiding in the sewers of Trovitopolis. The Pokémon was actually a giant Bulbasaur that was abandoned by the former Mayor of Trovitopolis and since then, it lived with Nurse Joy.
