Navel Rock

Navel Rock (へそのいわ, Navel Rock) is an event-only location in the Sevii Islands and is the home to the legendary Pokémon Lugia and Ho-Oh in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen and Pokémon Emerald. Navel Rock can be accessed once the player character obtains the MysticTicket, an event item that has been distributed. Navel Rock is also called Eight Island. Ho-Oh can be found on the left side of the stairs, leading to the top of the tower while Lugia is on the right, leading to the bottom of the cave.
