This Lucario is a fighting/steel-type Pokémon owned by Nate.
Biography
Lucario was seen with Nate when he was talking with Colress. Lucario, along with Nate, later chased a Shadow Triad member. It tried to stop them with its Aura Sphere but it was blocked by Shadow Triad's Bisharp. Due to that, they managed to get the scroll for which they attacked the ship.
