Nasty Plot is a Dark type move that simulates the user into thinking nasty thoughts. Because of this its Sp.Atk can sharply rise. (Go up by 2 stages). Pichu is the only one in its evolution system that can learn nasty plot. It can be very useful to teach to Pokémon who use moves of the special class. You can only use it 3 times and then the Sp.Atk is at is maximum. So you can't use it anymore
