Mystical Power is a Psychic-type move introduced in Generation VIII. It is the signature move for the Lake Guardians.

Description

Games	Description
LA	The user strengthens itself with a mysterious power. If it excels in offense, its offensive stats are raised. If it excels in defense, its defensive stats are raised.
SV	The user attacks by emitting a mysterious power. This also boosts the user’s Sp. Atk stat.

Effects

In Pokémon Legends: Arceus:

This move will raise the user's offensive stats for 3 turns (2 in Agile Style, 4 in Strong Style) if the sum of its Attack and Special Attack stats is greater than or equal to the sum of the user's Defense and Special Defense stats. Otherwise, the user's defensive stats are boosted for 3 (2 in Agile Style, 4 in Strong Style) turns.

In Generation IX and beyond:

This move now boosts the user's Special Attack stat by one stage regardless of whether they excel in offense or defense.
