MysticTicket is an event item that is required to access Navel Rock in Pokémon FireRed Version and Pokémon LeafGreen Version and Pokémon Emerald Version. In all three games, this is the only way to encounter Lugia and Ho-Oh.
The MysticTicket is ineffective without having another ship ticket. In Pokémon FireRed Version and Pokémon LeafGreen Version, the player also need the Rainbow Pass in order to ride the Seagallop to Navel Rock. In Pokémon Emerald Version, this was changed to the player needing the S.S. Ticket to ride the S.S. Tidal to Navel Rock.
In the United States, the MysticTicket was only distributed in 2005, first at the Nintendo World Store, followed by a few other places such as San Diego Comic-Con, the Pokémon Rocks America tour, and the Electronic Game Show 2005.
