Gan Gogh is an artist, who saw lights at the Remoraid Mountain. He tried to paint them using 7 colors and failed. He tried to use 12 colors, but failed once more. When the heroes came and told about the lights, Gogh presented them 251 colors. Once they came at the mountain, Team Rocket tried to catch Pikachu. Gan Gogh used Venusaur to fight them and managed to defeat them. Once the Remoraid rescued themselves, the light phenomenon vanished, but Gan Gogh was pleased, as he experienced the phenomenon, even if he did not paint it.
