Mr. Evans is a minor character from Pokémon: Johto League Champions.
Biography
Pokémon the Series: Gold and Silver
Mr. Evans owns a glass-making factory. However, his son's Yanma causes shockwaves to destroy glass, so Mr. Evans told Zachary to release his Yanma. Yanma was later caught by Team Rocket, who made more trouble. However, Zachary managed to tame it, as Yanma used Sonic Boom to compensate the usage of shockwaves. Mr. Evans was pleased, since the stained glass on the Pokémon Center wouldn't be smashed.
