Mitsuru Ogata (小形 満 Ogata Mitsuru, born March 24, 1961) is a Japanese voice artist from Aomori Prefecture affiliated with Mausu Promotion. He voices many different Pokémon in the series. For Japan, he is also one of the many voices behind Winnie the Pooh's Piglet and Miss Piggy and Beaker in the Muppet franchise.
