This Chinchou is a water/electric-type Pokémon owned by Misty.
Biography[]
Misty had her Chinchou illuminate the cave at Tohjo Falls. There, she was able to see Suicune.[1] Misty started the battle, having her Chinchou evade Suicune's attack, then climbed atop Misty's Lanturn to continue the battle. However, Misty and her Pokémon fell out of the waterfall into the stream by Suicune's attack.[2]
