Miranda is a minor character from Mewtwo Strikes Back.
Biography
Miranda worked as pier master at the Old Wharf. She tried to warn the Pokémon trainers that the storm was dangerous and that it would be too life risking to go to New Island. She also told a somewhat backstory of how the Winds of Water wiped out all but a few Pokémon and their sorrow and tears were able to revive their companions. Some of the trainers refused to listen to her and Officer Jenny, she was seen wishing them good luck. At the end of the movie she was seen with the others after Mewtwo had wiped their memories, she then commented that it was good to have things normal again. In the English dub she speaks with a slight accent.
