Matori is a character appearing in the anime series. She is Giovanni's secretary.
Personality
Matori rarely removes her seriousness, notably towards her duty as a secretary of Giovanni, whom she always remains loyal to. She is incredibly harsh and demanding towards Jessie, James and Meowth, which leads to a tension between her and Jessie, who insults her behind her back, though she prefers ignoring their combative responses altogether.
As the leader of her special unit Matori Matrix, she is extremely vain because of her own high regards to her superior rank of being an elite operative. Goal-oriented, she will accomplish her goals at any cost, no matter how reckless her methods are.

She was briefly mentioned in Pokémon the Series: XY, but didn't have any prominent role until Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, where she gained an Alolan Meowth after it officially joined Team Rocket by her boss Giovanni. [2]
