Matcha Gotcha is a grass-type move introduced in Generation IX. It is the signature move of the Pokémon, Sinistcha.

Description

Games	Description
SV	The user fires a blast of tea that it mixed. The user's HP is restored by up to half the damage taken by the target. This may also leave the target with a burn.

Effect

The move deals damage to all opposing Pokémon and restores the user's HP equal to half of the damage dealt for both targets with a 20% chance to burn them. Upon using this move, the user will thaw out if it was frozen, and if the move hits, it also thaws out frozen targets.
