This Scizor, nicknamed Masamune, is a bug/steel-type Pokémon owned by Muramasa.
Biography
Muramasa scouted for trainers to battle Shingo, one of his students, to see that one cannot rely on his database to defeat trainers. After Team Rocket were defeated, Scizor approached Ash and Pikachu, who were ready to battle, but Muramasa calmed them down and explained the problem.
