Marine Cave is the cave that Kyogre lives in. It is only found in Pokémon Emerald. It is either on Route 105, Route 125, Route 127, or Route 129.
Location
After defeating the Elite Four, go to the Weather Institute and a scientist will say "Presently heavy rainfalls was at..." It will either be Route 105, 125, 127, or 129. The scientist might say something about the drought. If you are not quick enough to get to the Marine Cave, it will eventually move away. Kyogre is the only Pokémon found in the Marine Cave. If you caught Kyogre at the Marine Cave already, the drizzle will stop and if you haven't caught Groudon before it, droughts will only take place now.
