This Bronzong is a steel/psychic-type Pokémon owned by Lucian.
Biography[]
To have her Buizel obey her, Dawn challenged Lucian to a battle, who used a Bronzong. Using Iron Defense, Bronzong easily endured all Buizel's - Aqua Jet and Sonic Boom - and finally launched a Gyro Ball which easily overpowered Buizel's Aqua Jet. Next, Buizel went to retaliate with Water Gun and got knocked out with Flash Cannon. Buizel later regained his fighting spirit by defeating Team Rocket under Lucian's command. Bronzong then battled Buizel a second time, using Aqua Jet to evade Bronzong's Gyro Ball. Using Iron Defense, Bronzong protected itself from Aqua Jet and Water Gun. Lucien then canceled the battle, seeing that Dawn did earn Buizel's trust, which was the point behind the battle.[1]
Bronzong later appeared battling Cynthia's Garchomp on television. It was defeated by the Mach Pokémon's Giga Impact, after Garchomp blocked Flash Cannon.[2] Cynthia and Garchomp's battle against Bronzong was remembered by Ash, Dawn and Brock, as they were going to Snowpoint City.[3]
Lucian also appeared in the ending scene of the 13th Pokémon movie, along with his Bronzong.[4]
