Biography[]
Red, who snuck onto the ship, encountered a Voltorb. The Voltorb used Thunder Wave on him and his Poliwhirl, the latter retaliating with Water Gun. Red was quickly surrounded by Magnemite, Voltorb and Electrode,[1] until Lt. Surge came.[2]
Voltorb and Lt. Surge were present at Silph Co., ready to take on Red and defeat him.[3]
