The Loyalty Plaza is located in Kitakami. It is where the Loyal Three were buried.
Loyal Three Monument[]
After the events of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero, players can speak to the Caretaker in Kitakami Hall who asks for donations to repair the monument. After donating $1,000,000, the monument will be restored, and the Caretaker will reward you with an emote and the Flashy Festival Jinbei Outfit.
Orienteering Signboard[]
The first signboard that Kieran will take the player to is located at the entrance of Loyalty Plaza.
