Leon is a Dream Thief who uses his Beheeyem to brainwash Pokémon Trainers into imagining a vivid resort in their dreams, whilst he makes away with their coveted Pokémon. Some of his victims were Ash and his friends. After Officer Jenny's and her Dousion's help, his job became difficult. When Meowth finally stayed awake and used Fury Swipes on him, Officer Jenny arrested Leon. He is currently serving time in prison.

Trivia[]
- Leon's design and personality are based on the character Iyami from the anime and manga Osomatsu-kun. In the Japanese version, he refers to himself as "me", ends most of his sentences with "zansu" and uses French words and expressions, just like Iyami.
