This Koffing is a poison-type Pokémon owned by Koga.
Biography[]
Koga sent his Koffing to battle alongside Blue's Golduck. However, both were knocked out by Agatha's Gengar.[1] Seeing Gengar's shadow was moving, Koffing used Poison Gas to notify Blue about the attack. Due to this, Gengar was lured into attacking a discarded tail of Koga's Arbok, allowing Blue to defeat Gengar with his Blue's Porygon2's Psybeam.[2]
