Kitakami Hall is a location in Kitakami. It is the where the Festival of Masks take place and where the 3 masks of Ogerpon (The Hearthflame Mask, the Wellspring Mask and the Cornerstone Mask) are contained before they are given to the Loyal Three.
At the time of the Festival of Masks, various shops open people can buy various treats and clothing.
Loyalty Plaza[]
After the events of The Teal Mask, players can speak to the Caretaker, who asks for donations to rebuild the monument at Loyalty Plaza. Once reaching $1,000,000, the monument will be rebuilt and the Caretaker will reward you as the highest donor by giving you a new emote and the Flashy Jinbei Outfit.
