Kinso is a character appearing in SS005: The Blue Badge of Courage.
Biography[]
Kinso makes the Cascade Badges for the Cerulean Gym. Misty went to visit Kinso one day to get some badges. After realizing Misty had a Psyduck that couldn't swim, he refused to give her the badges. Psyduck redeemed itself by defeating the thieves and Kinso gave Misty the new badges.
