Kincaid was the Vice President of Team Dim Sun and leader of Team Debonairs.

Appearance

Kincaid has blond hair and black eyes. When he was a teacher, he wore a white shirt with a red shirt. He also wears a purple tie along with the shirts, black pants, and brown shoes. Being a part of Team Dim Sun, he wears the Team Dim Sun uniform along with back glasses.

Personality

During his time as a teacher, Kincaid is portrayed as strict and judgmental. He also displays hypocritical tendencies, stating not to blame others without proof but blaming Keith for taking Styler even though there was no definitive proof. Even after Keith was proved innocent, he refuses to apologize and gripes angrily.

When his real identity was revealed, Kincaid proves to be extremely evil and ruthless, not caring for his minions that jump overboard or the lives of the Pokémon on the Cargo Ship he tries to sink to cover his escape. He is also a manipulative lair, deceiving everyone at the Ranger School and using Isaac's naivete to trick him.

Biography

Kincaid is first met during the player character's tour of the school as a teacher for the class next door. During the player character's test of courage, he shoos the player character and Keith out of the basement before returning to his lab to check on Isaac's experiment. When several school stylers go missing, Kincaid suspects Keith to be the prime suspect only to be proven wrong. During graduation, Kincaid goes into the basement only to be scared out by rampaging Tangrowth (possibly caused by Isaac's experiment).

When Player returns to the Ranger School, Kincaid is reported to be on a leave of absence for unknown reasons.

During the mission on the Cargo Ship, the Player and Barlow discover Kincaid is actually a TDS admin. Kincaid reveals he infiltrated the Ranger School to recruit a genius that was responsible for creating the miniremo. Even though he manages to defeat Barlow with his Drapion, the Player manages to capture the Pokémon. Kincaid then has his minions remove the ship's Kingston Value, which causes it to start sinking, in order to distract the Rangers so he can escape on a Gliscor.

During the infiltration of the Oil Field Hideout, Kincaid is ordered by the leader of TDS to cease production of miniremo units and focus efforts to the Incredible Machine. Isaac is revealed to be the genius Kincaid recruited, though he is unaware of TDS's true motives. Isaac asks the Player and Sven to let him say his goodbyes to Kincaid and the three go and confront Kincaid. Kincaid reveals his true nature to Isaac and attacks with a Gliscor, but the Player manages to capture the Gliscor and Kincaid flees in an escape pod to save his own skin. However, as he flees in his escape pod, he is harassed by a Wailord he ordered his minions to capture.

After the events of Operation: Brighton, Kincaid reforms the remnants of Team Dim Sun under the name of "Team Debonairs" to try and turn the Luminous Crystal back into the Shadow Crystal. However, he is thwarted by the Player and Darkrai and Prof. Hastings reveals his scheme was doomed from the start since the Shadow Crystal was gone forever. Kincaid is implied to be arrested with the rest of Team Debonair afterward.

During the special mission "Dialga in Hia Valley?" the Player is sent back in time where Kincaid can be seen hiring Ollie to plant Gigaremo in Vien Forest, the latter unaware of what the machines really are.
