Kerry Williams is an American voice actress who has lent her voice in several roles in Pokémon. Williams joined the series during season three voicing many lesser roles. Her most important role came in MS006: Pokémon: Jirachi, Wish Maker where she voiced the title character. She continued to provide voices until the dubbing rights were passed onto TPCi. Aside from Pokémon, she was well known as Tiff in Kirby: Right Back At Ya!, Rebecca Hawkins in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Nami in the 4Kids dub of One Piece, and Flora and Amore in the 4Kids dub of Winx Club. She returned to Pokémon to voice Katharine.

- Williams worked as a professional ballet dancer at Disney resorts in Florida and Tokyo before pursuing voice acting in New York City.
