Kathryn C. Pilon (aka Kathy Borland) is a producer and script adapter for 4Kids Entertainment who first got involved with the Pokémon franchise in its second season and stayed on until the license lapsed. In addition to voicing some unspecified Pokémon types, she also served as a guest actress for the third movie (Spell of the Unown) as the unnamed reporter and in other 4Kids properties such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Ultimate Muscle. Her final project with the brand was Dinosaur King.
Pilon currently resides in Los Angeles, where she continues to provide ADR scriptwriting services as well as serve as a voice director. She respectively performed these roles for the games Detective Pikachu and Pokémon Masters.
