Kandee is a young girl that wears a pink dress and has ponytails.
Biography[]
Kandee is first seen at ONBS on the second floor in a single room. Michael takes her to her mother after she is lost. She then appears in the ONBS studio as a television child star and singer. Kandee remains at ONBS for the remainder of the game.

- Kandee's name is a pun of the word "candy".
- Kandee is one of few characters in the game that can temporary travel with Michael. The other is Michael's younger sister Jovi.
