Jubilife TV is a location introduced in Generation IV.
Description[]
Jubilife TV is a television station located in Jubilife City and one of its landmark areas, since it broadcasts all across the Sinnoh region, similarly to the Goldenrod Radio Tower in the Johto region. A Clown blocks the entrance to Jubilife TV at first, and the building cannot be entered until after the player has obtained the Coal Badge. Jubilife TV has four floors, and an elevator can be used to travel between any of them. There are several reporters who may interview the player, causing them to appear on TV.
On the first floor (1F) is the Pokémon Lottery Corner, a daily lottery where the player can earn rewards depending on how much the drawn number matches their trainer ID number, up to a Master Ball if the ID is an exact match. There is also a Pokémon Trainer to battle on the first floor, as well as a TV.
On the second floor (2F) is a studio as well as a room with a Hiker who allows the player to dress up their Pokémon with their accessories.
On the third floor (3F), there is the Group Ranking Room and the Global Group Ranking Room, where players can see various records set by those they have mixed records with. There is also a man named Danny who can be talked to unlock the Mystery Gift feature.
The fourth and final floor (4F) has the president of the company and his office.
