This Mankey is a fighting-type Pokémon owned by Jubei from Team Rocket.
Biography[]
Jubei was one of the Team Rocket recruits, who trained at the Academy. He worked alongside his Mankey and Jessie, but they slipped the rope, causing Jessie to drop the statue they were to steal as a part of their exercise. Jessie fled, leaving Jubei and Mankey behind.
