Jonathan Todd Ross (also known as Todd Garbeil) is a New York-based voice actor who has lent his voice to a few characters in Pokémon beginning in Season 6 up until 4Kids lost the license. He returned to the series during the Pokémon the Series: XY and XYZ seasons as Weston.
Ross is best known outside of Pokémon as the voice of Marik Ishtar in Yu-Gi-Oh!
