Ice Scales (Japanese: こおりのりんぷん, Hepburn: Koori no Rinpun) is an Ability introduced in Generation VIII exclusive to the Frosmoth line.
Description[]
The Ability halves damage taken from special moves that hit Pokémon with this Ability, including from moves that use the target's Defense stat (for example, Psyshock). It has no effect on moves that deal direct damage.
