Ditto is a normal-type Pokémon owned by Howard Clifford. It is the true secondary antagonist of the live-action movie.

Past[]
Ditto was one of many of Clifford's genetically modified Pokémon, and had its natural shape-shifting abilities made far more powerful, allowing to disguise as humans. However, the modified shape-shifting ability into humans isn't entirely complete, such as its beady eyes still unchanged while in those human guises, which is why Ditto requires sunglasses and a text phone to communicate.
Clifford then took Ditto in as his Pokémon partner and right-hand assistant, with Ditto taking a human alias Ms. Norman. It assist Howard's plans of merging all people and Pokémon in the world using an R Gas from Mewtwo's power, with his claiming for the benefits of humanity's evolutions. However, they need to deal with their greatest threats, the Goodman family (Harry and Tim) and their Pikachu.
At some point, they also became a secret accomplish of their contractor, the underground fight club owner Sebastian, providing doses of R Gas for their experiments during an underground battle.
Present[]
Howard's Ditto was in the first scene in the Clifford New Media building's studio and transforms into a random human to push his wheelchair after an argument between him and his son, Roger once they finished the commercials.

- Ditto is considered as a mainline anime universe counterpart of original game's secondary antagonist, Keith Norman, due to its human alias.
- According to the real Roger to Tim, the former said that Ditto was originally belonged to his prior the Pokémon itself defect to Howard.
- It remains if Ms. Norman is real or probably tied up somewhere just Roger.
