Hitoshi Ariga is a professional artist who primarily does work with graphic design and various manga and light novels. He initially illustrated for the Pokémon trading card game, though he began designing Pokémon beginning with Pokémon X and Pokémon Y and has designed Pokémon for every mainline game since then.
