If the target has Mega Launcher, Heal Pulse will restore its HP by up to the amount of HP that makes up 3/4 of its max HP instead. In a Double Battle, Heal Pulse can target any Pokémon around the user. In a Triple Battle, Heal Pulse can only target a Pokémon that's adjacent to the user. Heal Pulse will fail if the target's HP is full.
