The Grubby Hanky is a key item introduced in Generation V which is given by a person inside the Nacrene City café. Upon being given, the player character is given the task of returning the handkerchief. When returning it to the user, they will thank the player character. When one reports to the person who gave the job of returning it, she will give a Fluffy Tail.
